Is this invoice legally valid?+
The invoice contains all standard fields required for a commercial invoice in most countries: invoice number, date, seller and buyer details, description of goods or services, quantities, prices, and tax. For VAT invoices in the UK or EU, ensure you include your VAT registration number in the business details field.
Can I save and re-edit an invoice?+
Currently the tool generates a one-time PDF. For recurring clients, fill in the template once and download a PDF per invoice cycle. Full save-and-edit functionality is on the roadmap.
Can I add my logo to the invoice?+
Yes. Upload your business logo in the header section and it will appear at the top of the invoice PDF alongside your business name and address.
What currency formats are supported?+
You can enter any currency symbol manually. Type GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, or any symbol you need in the currency field, and it will appear on all line item totals and the final PDF.
Is my invoice data sent to a server?+
No. The entire invoice is generated and converted to PDF in your browser. Your client details, pricing, and business information are never transmitted over the internet.
