DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last Updated: May 29, 2026
Our Commitment
ImageAndPDF.com respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. Our tools are designed for processing content that you own or are authorized to use, and we expressly prohibit using them to infringe anyone's copyright — including removing watermarks or ownership marks from material you do not own.
Important: How Our Tools Work
Most of our tools run entirely inside your browser. We do not host, store, or distribute the files you process, and in most cases your files never reach our servers. Because we do not store user content, there is generally nothing for us to remove from public access. If you believe content displayed on our own website (for example, a blog image) infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice using the process below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To report material on ImageAndPDF.com that you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to ask.achyuthkumar@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or block access for users who are found to repeatedly misuse our tools to infringe copyright.
Response Time
We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 3–5 business days. See also our Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
