Frequently asked questions
Will the slide backgrounds and themes be preserved?
Yes. Background colors, gradient fills, master theme elements, logos, and footer content are all rendered correctly in the PDF output.
What about speaker notes?
The standard conversion outputs slides only. If you need speaker notes included, open your presentation in PowerPoint and use File → Export → Create PDF/XPS with the "Notes pages" option before uploading.
Can I convert a presentation with embedded videos?
Video frames are rendered as static images in the PDF (PDFs do not support embedded video). The first frame of each video is shown in the slide's video placeholder.
