Merging PDFs on Android doesn't require a paid app or sending files to Google Drive. This free browser tool works in Chrome on any Android phone, tap to upload your PDFs, reorder pages if needed, and download the merged file directly to your device.

Most Android PDF apps either add watermarks to the free tier, require a subscription for more than two files, or ask for an account sign-up. This browser tool has none of those restrictions, merge as many PDFs as you need, free, without creating an account.
